I hooked up my ro system and all it does is drain water from the membrane to the drain. I double checked my installation and it is perfect. Please advise
Most likely you do not have a “Flow restrictor” installed in the drain outlet of the membrane housing. It’s small plastic part that goes into the fitting to ensure that only the specific amount of water is allowed to the drain. Thus making sure that there is sufficient water pressure in the membrane housing for a ro membrane to function correctly. You would need to match the flow restrictor to your membrane. If you have a 50 GPD membrane then you would need a 50 GPD flow restrictor and so on. Hopefully this helps.

[...] For specific drill bit and open end wrench sizes consult the manual Most men own these very simple to use tools. But, each system is a little different and it might contain some useful information from manufacturer. TIP #4 Avoid drilling holes if not necessary. Use the existing sink top hole for the spray hose or soap dispenser. If you are lucky enough to have a sink with a drilled or pre-punched hole in it, you will be done twice as fast. TIP #5 To avoid leaks use vegetable oil on o-ring seals in your RO system.
